The assembly type externally-wrapped closed profiled steel sheet box girder comprises a prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure web, an assembly connecting piece inserted into the upper end of the prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure web and a prefabricated top plate used in cooperation with the assembly connecting piece. The prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure web comprises a prefabricated web structure formed by internally pouring concrete and a U-shaped closed profiled steel sheet wrapping the prefabricated web structure, the assembly connecting piece comprises a steel box body and a fixing plate fixed to the lower portion of the steel box body and inserted into the upper end of the prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure web, and the steel box body is used in cooperation with the prefabricated top plate.
