A liftable folding telescopic ship-based emergency rescue trestle comprises a base, a first bridge section, a second bridge section, a third bridge section, a telescopic device, a folding device and an approach bridge. The bottom of the base is installed on a ship body, the base can be arranged in an up-down telescopic mode and can further rotate relative to the ship body, one end of the first bridge section is connected with the top of the base, the other end of the first bridge section extends in the direction away from the base in the horizontal direction, the second bridge section is connected with the first bridge section in a sleeved mode, and the telescopic device is arranged on the first bridge section. The telescopic device acts on the second bridge section so as to drive the second bridge section to slide in the direction close to or away from the base. The third bridge section is provided with a rotating end and a free end, the rotating end is rotationally connected with the end, away from the base, of the second bridge section, the folding device is arranged on the second bridge section and used for driving the third bridge section to rotate relative to the second bridge section, and the approach bridge is connected with the free end. The folding trestle has the beneficial effects that folding and stretching of the trestle are achieved, folding and unfolding of the trestle are optimized, and the transfer efficiency is improved.
