Each upper dowel bar is rotationally connected with an extrusion block, each extrusion block is rotationally connected with a lower dowel bar, the anchor rod is sleeved with the sleeve, the sleeve is located below the upper dowel bars, and the other end of each lower dowel bar is rotationally connected with the lower portion of the sleeve; the screw rod is installed on the anchor rod through a thread matched with the anchor rod, and the belleville spring is arranged on the screw rod and the anchor rod in a sleeved mode.
