The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, in particular to a reinforced concrete composite bridge deck reinforced by a steel bar-steel plate composite truss. Comprising a steel bottom plate, upper chord steel bars, web member inclined bars, transverse steel bars, transverse fulcrum inclined bars, fulcrum circumferential steel bars, shear nails and a concrete plate. The steel bottom plate is welded on a grid beam consisting of a cross beam and a longitudinal beam, and a fold line haunch is arranged at a position close to the grid beam; the upper chord steel bars and the web member diagonal bars are arranged in the span direction of the bridge deck slab and welded to the steel bottom plate to form the steel bar-steel plate combined truss. Standardized, modularized and industrialized reinforcing steel bar products are utilized, the construction process is simplified, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the respective advantages of steel and concrete materials are fully exerted. Due to the stiffening effect of the steel bar-steel plate combined truss, the bearing capacity of the bridge deck is effectively improved, the thickness of the bridge deck is reduced, the structural weight of the bridge deck is close to that of an orthotropic steel bridge deck, and the bridge deck is suitable for large-span bridges.
