Large-span bidirectional longitudinal slope bridge incremental launching construction method
The invention relates to a pushing construction method for a large-span bidirectional longitudinal slope bridge. The pushing construction method comprises the specific steps that a plurality of assembling jig frames and ground temporary piers are arranged in a steel structure assembling area on one side of a main bridge, and steel bearing beams and walking type pushing jacks are arranged; the main beam is disconnected in the span, the two disconnected parts of the main beam rotate by a certain angle from the midspan position so that the two parts can be located at the horizontal position, the disconnected positions of the span of the main beam are connected through temporary rigid connection, and a guide beam is welded; temporary piers in water are constructed, and steel bearing beams and walking type pushing jacks are arranged; pushing is started until the plane position of the main beam is pushed in place; relevant parts are dismantled, the temporary rigid connection is disconnected, and the vertical curve of the main beam is adjusted to a designed line shape through a jack on the temporary pier in water; the midspan position of the main beam is connected through permanent rigid connection to form a bridge line shape; and falling the beam. 本发明是一种大跨径双向纵坡桥梁顶推施工方法,具体步骤为:在主桥一侧的钢结构拼装区域设置若干个拼装胎架和地面临时墩并布置钢垫梁和步履式顶推千斤顶;主梁在跨中断开,主梁断开后的两部分从跨中位置旋转一定角度使得两部分处于水平的位置上,将主梁跨中断开的位置通过临时刚接连接,焊接导梁;施工水中临时墩并布置钢垫梁和步履式顶推千斤顶;开始顶推直至主梁平面位置顶推到位;拆除相关部件,将临时刚接断开,通过水中临时墩上的千斤顶调整主梁竖向曲线至设计线形;将主梁跨中位置利用永久刚接连接,达到成桥线形;落梁。本发明大大减少了顶推过程中每个临时墩的垫片调整工作量,显著降低了顶推施工过程中的安全风险,提高了施工效率。
