Large-span basket type tied arch bridge steel box girder incremental launching construction method
The invention relates to an incremental launching construction method for a steel box girder of a large-span basket type tied arch bridge. The incremental launching construction method comprises the main construction steps that (1) a bearing platform and a pier column are constructed; (2) a temporary assembly support is erected; (3) hoisting the steel box girder; (4) assembling the steel box girder and the guide girder; (5) steel box girder pushing and sliding equipment is installed; (6) the steel box girder is pushed to slide by one step pitch; (7) a beam is dropped, and an oil cylinder is retracted; (8) circularly pushing and sliding; (9) pushing sliding equipment is installed on the temporary support sliding platform; and (10) pushing and sliding of the next section of steel box girder are repeated. In the construction process, steel pipe piles do not need to be independently driven in the river to erect a temporary assembly support, the in-river bearing platform is fully utilized to provide a supporting platform for pushing and sliding of the large-span steel box girder in the middle section of the river, the problem that under the complex riverbed geological condition, the large-span steel box pushing and sliding temporary assembly support is difficult to construct is solved, the construction period is short, and the construction efficiency is high. The cost is low.
