The invention relates to a lofting method and device based on lofting line positioning and arranging and electronic equipment, and is applied to the technical field of coastal treatment software emission samples. The lofting method comprises the following steps: determining a current layout which is being subjected to layout operation; determining a lofting line according to the current ranking; obtaining coordinate data of the lofting line; calculating coordinate data of a bow point and coordinate data of a stern point of the geotextile-laying ship according to coordinate data of a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receiver; calculating position information of the lofting line relative to the geotextile laying ship according to the coordinate data of the lofting line, the coordinate data of the ship bow point and the coordinate data of the ship stern point; and adjusting the position of the geotextile laying ship according to the position information. According to the scheme, the current arrangement is associated with the determination of the lofting line through the method, and the problem that the position of the soft-body arrangement sample is not accurate is solved.
