The invention provides an anti-freezing heating water gate system for flood control. The anti-freezing heating water gate system comprises a gate seat, a rack, a gate, an energy storage heat preservation box, a solar heat absorption sleeve, a one-way water valve, an electric heating wire, an electric heating plate, a first temperature sensor, a gear motor, a chain, a rotating shaft, a steel wire winding and unwinding wheel and a second temperature sensor. Heat is absorbed through the solar heat absorption sleeve and then stored in the phase change energy storage filler, cold water is pumped through the water pump and subjected to heat exchange with the phase change energy storage filler through the heat exchange pipe to preheat water, and therefore the water can be rapidly heated by the electric heating plate after entering the cavity, and the water is sprayed out of the one-way water valve to conduct ice melting on the sliding flushing device; the heating speed is increased, the ice melting efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the electric heating plate only needs to supplement heat, electric energy is greatly saved, the electric heating plate is controlled by temperature feedback of the first temperature sensor, the electric heating wire and the water pump are controlled by temperature feedback of the second temperature sensor, and automatic intelligent management is achieved.
