Soft soil foundation underwater vacuum preloading reinforcement system suitable for deepwater environment
The invention discloses a soft soil foundation underwater vacuum preloading reinforcing system suitable for a deepwater environment. The soft soil foundation underwater vacuum preloading reinforcing system comprises a sleeve unit, an underwater vacuum preloading unit and a monitoring and power supply unit. The sleeve unit comprises a sealing sleeve, a vacuum pump, a water suction pump, a metal waterproof quick connector and a pneumatic quick connector; the underwater vacuum preloading unit comprises a drainage plate, geotechnical cloth, a horizontal drainage pipe, a sand cushion layer, a geomembrane and a vacuum pipeline; and the drainage plate is connected with the horizontal drainage pipe, extends out of the upper geomembrane through the vacuum pipeline and is connected to the pneumatic quick connector on the sleeve. The monitoring and power supply system comprises a carrying platform, a power supply system, a data acquisition instrument and a computer. The current underwater vacuum preloading technology is limited by equipment, process and the like. The vacuum preloading technology under deep water is provided, deep water seabed soft soil foundation reinforcement is truly achieved, the limitation of the deep water ocean environment is overcome, and meanwhile the efficient ocean soft soil consolidation effect is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种适用于深水环境的软土地基水下真空预压加固系统,包括套筒单元、水下真空预压单元和监测及供电单元;所述套筒单元包括密封套筒、真空泵、抽水泵、金属防水快接头和气动快接头;所述水下真空预压单元包括排水板、土工布、水平排水管、砂垫层、土工膜和真空管道;所述排水板与水平排水管连接,再通过真空管道伸出上部土工膜连接至套筒上气动快接头。所述监测及供电系统包括搭载平台、供电系统、数据采集仪和计算机。针对目前的水下真空预压技术受到设备、工艺等的限制。本专利提出深水下真空预压技术,真正实现了深水海床软土地基加固,克服了深水海洋环境的限制,同时保证高效的海洋软土固结效果。
