Longitudinal lengthening method for offshore steel pipe piles
The offshore steel pipe pile longitudinal lengthening method comprises the following steps that an ocean platform is stored in the sea, the ocean platform is provided with steel pipe piles, and a construction platform is built on the platform face of the steel pipe piles; cleaning the cross section of the long pipeline, welding a guide stacking plate on the steel pipe pile, and transporting the long pipeline to a construction position; a crane ship is anchored in a construction area, the crane ship lifts the lengthened pipeline, after the lengthened pipeline is lifted, the crane ship is aligned through an anchor wringing ship, and during alignment, after the bottom of the lengthened pipeline is buffered and guided by a guide code plate, a lifting hook rapidly falls to make contact with a steel pipe pile; when the lengthened pipeline falls well and does not move, the butt joint dislocation error and perpendicularity of the butt joint long pipeline and the steel pipe pile are measured; and when the measurement meets the preset standard, the butt joint long pipeline and the steel pipe pile are welded, and if the measurement does not meet the preset standard, the cushion block is inserted through the pile head periphery stacking plate, the extension pipeline is lifted again to adjust the position of the to-be-butt-jointed pipeline, so that the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开的一种海上钢管桩纵向接长方法,包括以下步骤,海洋平台存放于海中,海洋平台配有钢管桩,在钢管桩处平台面搭建施工平台;对接长管道的横剖面清理,并在钢管桩上焊接导向码板,并将接长管道运输至施工位置;将起重船抛锚在施工区域,并使起重船将接长管道吊起,接长管道被吊起后起重船通过绞锚移船进行对位,对位时,接长管道的底部经过导向码板的缓冲以及导向后吊钩快速下落与钢管桩接触;在接长管道落好不动时,对接长管道与钢管桩的对接错位误差以及垂直度测量;当测量符合预设标准时,对接长管道和钢管桩进行焊接,如若不符,则通过桩头周边码板插入垫块,重新提起接长管道调整待对接管道的位置,以降低施工成本,并提升施工效率。
