The invention discloses an underground combined supporting structure of a building adjacent to a deep foundation pit and a construction method thereof. The underground combined supporting structure comprises an underground diaphragm wall, isolation piles, sleeve valve pipes, top beams and straining beams. Sleeve valve pipes are pre-buried between the underground diaphragm wall and the isolation piles, top beams are arranged at the top of the underground diaphragm wall, the tops of the adjacent isolation piles are connected through the top beams, then the top beams of the underground diaphragm wall and the top beams of the isolation piles are connected through straining beams, and the underground diaphragm wall-isolation pile combined supporting structure is formed. During construction, the isolation piles and the top beams are constructed firstly, and then the underground diaphragm walls and the top beams are constructed. By means of the method, deformation of soil inside and outside the pit and additional deformation of adjacent buildings can be effectively controlled, and safety of the buildings adjacent to the deep foundation pit during excavation is protected.
一种深基坑邻近建筑物的地下联合支护结构及其施工方法,包括地下连续墙、隔离桩、袖阀管、冠梁以及拉梁。所述地下连续墙与隔离桩之间预埋有袖阀管,地下连续墙顶部设置冠梁,相邻隔离桩桩顶用冠梁连接,再采用拉梁连接地下连续墙冠梁及隔离桩冠梁,形成地下连续墙‑隔离桩联合支护结构。施工时先施作隔离桩及冠梁,后施作地下连续墙及冠梁。采用本发明能够有效控制坑内外土体变形及邻近建筑物的附加变形,保护开挖期间深基坑邻近建筑物的安全。
