According to the deep foundation pit supporting construction method for underground forward and reverse synchronous construction, the problem that when a basement top plate and the ground are not located on the same horizontal plane, a transverse support needs to be arranged in a foundation pit to reinforce supporting, and the construction efficiency is reduced is solved. The method comprises the following steps that a center island area is constructed in advance through a sequential construction method, a soil body of the center island area is excavated to the position below the elevation of a second structural beam plate of a basement in a sloping mode, and the center part of the second structural beam plate of the basement is poured; a plurality of inclined throwing supports are arranged and fixedly connected between the capping beam and a second structural beam plate of the basement at intervals; the peripheral area of the foundation pit is excavated, a second structural beam plate of the basement is poured and constructed, after the second structural beam plate of the basement reaches the required strength, the inclined throwing supports are dismantled, and an underground first-layer structure and all over-ground structures are constructed through a sequential construction method; and synchronously excavating a soil body below a second structural beam plate of the basement, and sequentially constructing each layer of underground structure by adopting a reverse construction method.
本发明的地下顺逆同步施工的深基坑支护施工方法,针对地下室顶板与地面不位于同一水平面时,需在基坑内设置横向支撑加强支护,降低了施工效率的问题。步骤如下:采用顺作法先期施工中心岛区域,将中心岛区域土体放坡开挖至地下室第二道结构梁板标高下方,浇筑地下室第二道结构梁板的中心部分;在压顶梁与地下室第二道结构梁板之间间隔设置并固接多根斜抛撑;挖除基坑周边区域并浇筑施工地下室第二道结构梁板,待地下室第二道结构梁板达到要求强度后,拆除斜抛撑,采用顺作法施工地下一层结构及地上各层结构,同步开挖地下室第二道结构梁板下方土体并采用逆作法按序施工地下各层结构。
