Bricklaying-free construction method for closing post-cast strip of basement outer wall in advance
The invention relates to a basement outer wall post-cast strip pre-closing bricklaying-free construction method. Comprising the steps that 1, an outer wall post-cast strip prefabricated slab is constructed; step 2, blocking the post-cast strip of the basement exterior wall by adopting a C40 concrete precast slab with the thickness of 100 and the size of 500 * 1,200 mm; 3, a hanging ring 10 on the prefabricated plate is cut off after the prefabricated plate is hoisted, and after waterproof mortar is used for leveling, the upper prefabricated plate is hoisted; step 4, connecting the concrete precast slab with the basement outer wall, and tying the concrete precast slab with a basement outer wall horizontal bar by using an 8-shaped steel bar on the concrete precast slab; 5, waterproof mortar is laid between the prefabricated slabs for leveling; sixthly, the joint of the concrete prefabricated slab and the basement outer wall is smeared with waterproof mortar to form a 45-degree oblique angle; and 7, a waterproof coiled material is laid at the post-cast strip, and the two sides of the waterproof coiled material are expanded by 1000 mm out of the prefabricated slab. By adopting the steps, the construction method solves the problems of low efficiency and poorer strength of masonry, so that the construction progress is integrally accelerated, the cost is saved, and the quality is improved.
本发明是一种地库外墙后浇带提前封闭免砌砖施工方法;包括步骤1、外墙后浇带预制板施工;步骤2、地下室外墙后浇带的封挡采用100厚500×1200mmC40混凝土预制板;步骤3、预制板上∅10吊环在预制板吊装完毕后割除,然后用防水砂浆进行找平后,吊装上面一块预制板;步骤4、混凝土预制板与地下室外墙的连接,利用混凝土预制板上的∅8钢筋与地库外墙水平筋拉结;步骤5、预制板之间铺防水砂浆找平;步骤6、混凝土预制板与地下室外墙交接处用防水砂浆抹成45°斜角;步骤7、后浇带处铺设防水卷材,两边各扩出预制板1000mm。本施工方法采用上述步骤,解决了砌筑的低效率、强度较差的工艺,从而整体加快施工进度、节约成本、提高质量。
