The invention discloses a construction method for storey-adding transformation of an operating underground station, which comprises the following steps of: according to anti-floating calculation, dividing a transformation range above a top plate of an existing station in sections; retreating construction is adopted, and soil covering excavation is conducted on the transformation range; a soil body on the top plate of the existing station is excavated in a manual excavation mode; a coping beam of the existing station is broken, and enclosure connecting steel bars of the existing station and coping beam connecting steel bars of the existing station are anchored into side wall longitudinal beams of the storey-adding structure; a storey-adding structure within the first transformation range is poured, and soil covering and backfilling are conducted after the storey-adding structure meets the strength requirement; and the steps are repeated, and follow-up transformation range construction is conducted. Under the condition that the operation safety of the existing station is guaranteed, the large-range and large-height lifting effect of the original ground is achieved, and the utilization rate of the upper space is increased. According to the method, the coping beam of the existing station is broken and removed, steel bars and storey-adding structure pouring are reserved, and the anti-floating safety of the existing station in the construction process is ensured.
本发明公开了一种运营地下车站增层改造的施工方法,包括以下步骤:根据抗浮计算,对既有车站顶板上方的改造范围进行分段划分;采用后退式施工,对改造范围进行覆土开挖;采用人工开挖的方式对既有车站顶板上的土体进行开挖;破除既有车站的压顶梁,将既有车站的围护连接钢筋、既有车站的压顶梁连接钢筋锚入增层结构的侧墙纵梁;浇筑改造范围一内增层结构,待增层结构达到强度要求后进行覆土回填;重复以上步序,进行后续改造范围施工。本发明在保证既有车站运营安全下,实现了原地面大范围、大高度抬升效果,提高了上部空间利用率。本发明通过破除既有车站压顶梁,保留其钢筋与增层结构浇筑,确保了施工过程中既有车站抗浮安全。
