Soil drilling and removing device and method for geotechnical model test soil
The invention discloses a soil drilling and cleaning device and method for a geotechnical model test. The cleaning device is composed of two sets of symmetrically-arranged collecting plates and can rotate, one ends of the two sets of collecting plates are rotationally connected through a rotating shaft, baffles are arranged on the two sides of the collecting plates to form a soil body bearing cavity, and cavity structures are arranged on the back faces of the collecting plates; a motor and a drill bit are fixed in a cavity structure on the back face of a collecting plate, the drill bit is fixed to the end of the motor, the drill bit is located at the end of the collecting plate, and an excavating structure capable of automatically drilling is formed; the lifting device is used for enabling the two sets of collecting plates to rotate, so that the purpose of collecting and bearing filled soil is achieved, then the filled soil is lifted to the sky, different lifting ropes on the lifting device are used for controlling opening and closing of the cleaning device, operation is simple and rapid, collected soil does not need to be dumped repeatedly, and the collecting and cleaning efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种用于土工模型试验土钻进清除装置及方法,通过在两组对称设置的收集板组成清理装置,且可转动,两组收集板的一端通过转轴转动连接,收集板的两侧设有挡板,形成土体的承载空腔,在收集板的背面设置空腔结构,利用电机和钻头固定于收集板背面的空腔结构内,钻头固定于电机的端部,钻头位于收集板的端部,形成可自动钻进的挖掘结构,两组收集板的一端通过转轴转动连接,同时配合提拉装置,利用重力配合钻进装置钻入土体后,利用提拉装置使两组收集板转动,从而达到收集并承载填土的目的,然后提拉至上空,再利用提拉装置上不同的起吊绳控制清理装置的开合,简单快捷,不需要重复进行倾倒采集的土体,大大提高了收集清理效率。
