The hydraulic engineering construction device comprises a crawler belt, a shell is placed on one side of the crawler belt, a water storage tank is movably placed on the surface of the shell, a silt removal and water pumping assembly for carrying out silt removal and water pumping on a riverbed is placed on the side edge of a supporting base, and a silt stirring and discharging assembly for spraying a curing agent to silt is placed on the side edge of a supporting sliding column. A releasing and clamping assembly for supporting and clamping the water storage tank is placed in the shell; the sludge stirring and discharging assembly is used for removing sludge on a sludge pushing plate, reducing the flow of the sludge when stones are released and relieving curing burden of a curing agent, meanwhile, the sludge stirring and discharging assembly is used for controlling the discharging speed of the curing agent, the corresponding discharging amount of the curing agent is achieved through different sludge amounts, waste of raw materials is avoided, and the practicability of the device is enhanced; the discharged curing agent is scattered through the scattering fan and is uniformly distributed on a riverbed, so that the curing effect of the curing agent is improved, the curing speed of sludge is increased, and the construction period is shortened.
