The method comprises the steps that a foundation pit is excavated according to a design drawing, and the bottom is tamped; bricks are piled layer by layer from the bottom of the foundation pit in the circumferential direction to form a well wall, and a gap between the well wall and the foundation pit is backfilled and tamped in the well wall piling process; the well wall sequentially comprises a main body section, a closing-up section and a well mouth section from bottom to top, the main body section and the well mouth section are both of a columnar structure, and the diameter of the well mouth section is smaller than that of the main body section; the diameter of the closing section is gradually reduced from the bottom to the top; sequentially painting two cement layers from the well mouth to the well bottom of the well wall, and then painting a cement layer along the transverse direction; the bottom of the foundation pit is coated with a first cement layer, the surface of the cement layer is compacted and polished to form a smooth surface, and then the bottom of the foundation pit is coated with two cement layers; the number of the water storage dry wells is multiple, and the water storage dry wells are communicated with one another. According to the built water storage dry well, the containing cavity is large, the opening section is small, the occupied area is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is low.
