Frozen soil zone water supply pipeline structure
The invention relates to a frozen soil zone water supply pipeline structure which comprises a pipeline buttress and a pipe gallery, the pipeline buttress and the pipe gallery are both arranged on the ground surface, the pipeline buttress is used for installing a water supply pipe, the pipeline buttress and the water supply pipe are located in the pipe gallery, heat insulation layers are arranged on the inner wall of the pipe gallery and the ground surface in the pipe gallery, and a plurality of electric heaters are arranged in a cavity of the pipe gallery. The water supply pipe is directly installed on the pipeline buttress on the ground, ditching and pipe burying are not needed, large-volume excavation is avoided, the construction period is shortened, the water supply pipe is contained through the pipe gallery so that erosion of wind and rain to the water supply pipe can be avoided, air in the pipe gallery can be heated through the electric heater, the temperature in the pipe gallery can be increased when the external temperature is reduced in winter, and the water supply pipe can be heated. The heat insulation layer wraps the pipe gallery inner cavity to isolate heat exchange inside and outside the pipe gallery, the temperature in the pipe gallery can be kept balanced throughout the year, water supply safety and the service life of the water supply pipe are benefited, meanwhile, the water supply pipe is convenient to maintain and replace due to ground surface arrangement, and the device is suitable for field frozen soil zone water supply pipeline arrangement.
本发明关于一种冻土地带给水管线结构,包括管道支墩和管廊,管道支墩和管廊均设于地表,管道支墩用于安装给水管,管道支墩和给水管位于管廊内,管廊内壁和管廊内的地表上均设有隔热层,管廊腔体内设有若干个电加热器。本发明中给水管直接安装在地面的管道支墩上,不需要挖沟埋管,避免大方量开挖,缩短建设周期,通过设置管廊容纳给水管,以避免风雨对给水管的侵蚀,通过设置电加热器能够加热管廊内空气,使冬季外界温度降低时管廊内能够升温,通过隔热层包覆管廊内腔隔离管廊内外的热交换,管廊内的温度能够保持常年较为均衡,有益于供水安全和给水管的使用寿命,同时地表设置也便于给水管的维修和更换,适用于野外的冻土地带给水管线布设。
