The invention discloses a water draining device and a washing table. The water draining device comprises a shell and a valve element, wherein a water passing channel is defined by the shell; the valve element penetrates through the water passing channel and comprises a top cover, a fixing piece and a water sealing piece which are sequentially arranged, the fixing piece defines a first containing cavity, the valve element comprises a driving piece arranged in the first containing cavity, the first containing cavity is provided with an opening, the top cover seals the opening and is movably connected with the fixing piece, one end of the water sealing piece penetrates through the fixing piece, and the other end of the water sealing piece is movably connected with the driving piece. One end of the water sealing piece is connected with the top cover and the driving piece, and a sealing part is arranged at the other end of the water sealing piece and can close the water passing channel; the driving piece can drive the water sealing piece to move to a first position for opening the water passing channel and a second position for closing the water passing channel, when the water sealing piece is located at the first position, the top cover extends out of the shell, and when the water sealing piece is located at the second position, the top cover retracts into the shell. According to the water draining device, the opening and closing conditions of the water passing channel can be reflected through the relative position relation of the top cover and the shell, and the water draining device is visual.
本发明公开了一种下水装置及洗漱台。本发明的下水装置包括壳体和阀芯，壳体限定出过水通道；阀芯穿设于过水通道，包括依次设置的顶盖、固定件和封水件，固定件限定出第一容置腔，阀芯包括设置于第一容置腔的驱动件，第一容置腔具有敞开口，顶盖封闭敞开口并与固定件活动连接，封水件的一端穿设于固定件，并分别与顶盖和驱动件连接，封水件的另一端设置有密封部，密封部能够关闭过水通道；驱动件能够驱动封水件移动至打开过水通道的第一位置和关闭过水通道的第二位置，封水件在第一位置时顶盖伸出于壳体设置，封水件位于第二位置时顶盖收回至壳体中。该下水装置能够通过顶盖和壳体的相对位置关系反映过水通道打开和关闭的情况，较为直观。
