The invention discloses a drive-by-wire switch and a launching device. The drive-by-wire switch comprises a shell, a sliding piece, a rotating piece, an elastic piece and a control wire core, the sliding piece is in sliding connection with the shell, and the sliding piece has an initial position and a locking position; the rotating piece is rotationally connected with the shell, the rotating piece abuts against the sliding piece, and rotation of the rotating piece can drive the sliding piece to move to the locking position from the initial position; the two ends of the elastic piece are connected with the sliding piece and the shell correspondingly, and the elastic piece can drive the sliding piece to move to the initial position from the locking position; one end of the control wire core is connected with the sealing plug, and the other end is connected with the slider; any one of the rotating piece and the sliding piece is provided with a first concave part and a first convex part, the other one of the rotating piece and the sliding piece is provided with a first abutting part, when the sliding piece is located at the initial position, the first abutting part is inserted into the first concave part, and when the sliding piece is located at the locking position, the first abutting part abuts against the first convex part. The drive-by-wire switch can achieve opening and closing of the water outlet through rotation.
