Heat-preservation and energy-saving fabricated house and assembly method thereof
The heat-preservation and energy-saving fabricated house comprises a roof, a house frame and wallboards installed on the house frame and provided with heat-preservation plates, the heat-preservation plates are inserted into the wallboards and positioned through transverse installation parts comprising transverse rods and abutting sliding blocks, and the transverse rods are fixed to the side walls of the heat-preservation plates and arranged outside the wallboards in a penetrating mode; mounting grooves allowing the transverse rods to be inserted are formed in the heat preservation plates; the abutting sliding block is movably connected to the inner wall of the wall plate and penetrates through the heat preservation plate. When the transverse rod of one heat preservation plate is inserted into the mounting groove of the adjacent heat preservation plate, the abutting sliding block abuts against the side wall of the transverse rod. The insulation board in the tail end wallboard close to the stand column is not provided with a cross rod; a cross rod is fixed on the side wall of the upright corresponding to the front end wallboard. The adjacent heat preservation plates are connected by inserting the cross rods into the mounting grooves, the abutting sliding blocks can position the heat preservation plates and can abut against the inserted cross rods of the adjacent heat preservation plates, positioning of the adjacent heat preservation plates can synchronously achieve positioning of the adjacent wall plates, mounting of the heat preservation plates and the adjacent wall plates is more convenient, and the mounting efficiency of house assembling is improved.
