The invention discloses a replaceable assembly type concrete frame structure system which comprises at least four stand columns arranged in a rectangular array mode, a floor slab is arranged between every four adjacent stand columns, and the four adjacent stand columns and the floor slabs between the four adjacent stand columns form a frame unit. The side ends, facing the floor slab, of the four stand columns of the frame unit are each provided with a bracket in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, a cross beam is arranged between every two adjacent stand columns in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the frame unit, and the two ends of each cross beam are arranged on the two brackets of the corresponding adjacent stand columns correspondingly. A detachable first horizontal connecting assembly is arranged between the end of each cross beam and the corresponding bracket, a detachable second horizontal connecting assembly is arranged between each side end of the floor slab and the corresponding cross beam, and the first horizontal connecting assemblies and the second horizontal connecting assemblies are located below the floor slab.
