The invention discloses a rapid assembly type steel structure building system which comprises a bottom layer foundation structure, a lower layer prefabricated component I, a lower layer prefabricated component II, an upper layer prefabricated component I, an upper layer prefabricated component II and prefabricated single floor slabs. The lower-layer prefabricated component I is a column-beam-wall integrated prefabricated component containing a structural column, the lower end of the structural column of the lower-layer prefabricated component I is provided with a mounting seat used for being mounted with a foundation structural column, and the upper end of the structural column of the lower-layer prefabricated component I is provided with a connecting piece used for being connected with an upper-layer structural column in an inserted mode; the lower-layer prefabricated component II is a beam-wall integrated prefabricated component without a structural column, the lower-layer prefabricated component II is arranged between the two lower-layer prefabricated components I, and the lower-layer prefabricated component II is connected with the adjacent lower-layer prefabricated component I in an inserted mode. The prefabricated components with high integration level are classified and prefabricated and then are constructed on site, the site workload is greatly reduced, the construction efficiency is high, the period is short, the connection joints of the adjacent prefabricated components are ingenious in design, and the construction process is rapid and convenient.
