The invention discloses a module building foundation-module unit joint bar grouting rigid connection joint. A pouring hole is reserved in a foundation; each module unit is provided with a lower corner fitting, each lower corner fitting is of a box-shaped structure and is vertically connected with the corresponding module column and the corresponding floor beam, the top of each lower corner fitting is provided with a pouring operation hole offset outside the corresponding module column, the bottom of each lower corner fitting is provided with an outlet located under the corresponding module column, and a joint connecting steel pipe is arranged above each outlet; horizontal connecting plates are clamped between the module units and the foundation, middle connecting steel pipes are vertically connected to the horizontal connecting plates, the upper ends of the pipes protrude out of the horizontal connecting plates and are inserted into the outlets in a matched mode, most of the pipes are inserted into the pouring holes, constructional steel bars are inserted into the pouring holes, the constructional steel bars penetrate through the middle connecting steel pipes, and the upper ends of the constructional steel bars are inserted into node connecting steel pipes; and integrally-formed concrete entities are fully filled in the box-shaped structures of the lower corner fittings, the joint connecting steel pipes and the filling holes. The method does not need extra operation space, and is suitable for the connection areas of the corners, the edges and the middle of the modular structure and the foundation.
本发明公开了一种模块建筑基础‑模块单元插筋灌浆刚性连接节点,在基础上预留灌注孔;模块单元设有下角件,下角件采用箱型结构,分别与模块柱和地板梁垂直连接,顶部设有偏置在模块柱之外的灌注操作孔,底部设有位于模块柱正下方的出口,在出口上方设有节点连接钢管;在模块单元和基础之间夹装有水平连接板,其上垂直连接有中间连接钢管,管的上端凸出水平连接板,吻合地插入出口,管的大部插装在灌注孔内,灌注孔内插装有构造钢筋,构造钢筋穿过中间连接钢管,上端插入节点连接钢管;在下角件的箱型结构内以及节点连接钢管和灌注孔内满灌有一体成型的混凝土实体。本发明不需要额外操作空间,适用于模块结构角部、边部及中部与基础的连接区域。
