本发明公开了一种钢桁架提升施工方法,包括S1:于次标高层对中间位置钢桁架进行原位拼装,拼装完成后对钢桁架进行一次提升,S2:拼装中间层位于东西两侧的钢桁架,再将提升的中间位置钢桁架与两侧钢桁架对接并固定为一个整体,S3:检查S2钢桁架的固定效果,之后对整体进行二次提升至设定标高层;该钢桁架提升施工方法,通过次标高层拼装完成后对钢桁架进行一次提升,拼装进站层东西两侧的钢桁架,之后对整体钢桁架进行二次提升至设定标高层,解决了现有的提升方式对其进行提升过程中,常规的高空组装和焊接的工作量比较大,施工过程中需要大量的支撑胎架,还需要较大规格的吊装设备,使得施工成本比较高的问题。
