The invention discloses a waterproof structure and a prefabricated wall assembly system.The waterproof structure comprises a support assembly and a sealing plate assembly, and at least one semi-closed containing groove is defined by the support assembly; the sealing plate assembly is used for abutting against and sealing the end face of any support and provided with a bent part, and the bent part corresponds to the containing groove in shape. The end face of the support assembly is sealed in an abutting mode through the sealing plate assembly, the sealing plate assembly is provided with the bent part, the bent part is correspondingly connected with the containing groove in a conformal mode, and the sealing plate assembly resists external water vapor such as rainwater so that water can be effectively prevented from permeating into the containing groove and the support assembly; therefore, an uneven end face can be built on the support assembly, and the design that the bent part is in contact with the containing groove in the support assembly is facilitated, so that the waterproof performance and the waterproof effect of the wall assembly with the waterproof structure are improved.
