Uniform lead-zinc extrusion damper
A uniform lead-zinc extrusion damper belongs to the technical field of dampers, and comprises a damper body, the damper body comprises a damping material arranged in a sleeve, the damping material is composed of lead and zinc, the damping material comprises a plurality of material units which are connected in sequence and have the same volume, and the material units are arranged in the sleeve from the starting end to the tail end of the damping material. In each material unit, the volume percentage of zinc metal in the material unit is gradually changed from 0% to 50%, and correspondingly, the volume percentage of lead metal in the material unit is gradually changed from 100% to 50%. According to the lead metal damper, the bending rigidity, the bearing capacity and the energy dissipation capacity of an existing lead metal damper can be effectively improved.
