The invention relates to a BIM-based special-shaped unit curtain wall, and relates to the technical field of unit curtain walls, and the BIM-based special-shaped unit curtain wall comprises a curtain wall part, a wall mounting part and a fixed connecting part; the wall mounting part comprises a wall mounting keel and a wall mounting mechanism, and the wall mounting keel is arranged on a building body used for mounting the special-shaped unit curtain wall through the wall mounting mechanism; the curtain wall part comprises a material receiving keel, a butt-assembling mechanism and a plurality of special-shaped curtain walls, the multiple special-shaped curtain walls are installed on the material receiving keel through the butt-assembling mechanism, and the multiple special-shaped curtain walls located on the same material receiving keel abut against one another; the wall mounting keel is provided with an assembling groove for the material receiving keel to abut in, and the fixed connecting part is arranged in the side wall of the assembling groove so that the material receiving keel abutting in the assembling groove can be located in the side wall of the assembling groove. The unit curtain wall has the advantages that the construction difficulty of installing the unit curtain wall by constructors is reduced, and the position stability and the application stability of the unit curtain wall on the outer wall of the building body are effectively guaranteed.
