The invention relates to a rail line shielding ceiling structure capable of being opened and closed and a construction method thereof, a shielding ceiling capable of being opened and closed is arranged along a rail line, and the shielding ceiling is provided with an electromagnetic wave shielding layer. The shielding ceiling comprises a plurality of frameworks arranged at intervals along the track line, a double-leaf shielding body arranged between every two adjacent frameworks, and a ceiling opening and closing control mechanism used for controlling opening and closing of the double-leaf shielding bodies. Each shielding body is formed by splicing a plurality of battens, sliding sleeves are arranged at the two ends of each batten, side moving rolling wheels are installed on the sliding sleeves, and the sliding sleeves walk in sliding grooves of the cross beams; the shed opening and closing control mechanism comprises a motor and two pairs of steel wire rope winding cylinders, winding and unwinding of steel wire ropes are achieved through positive and negative rotation of the motor, then the sliding sleeve is pulled to move, and therefore opening and closing of the double shielding bodies are achieved. When the shielding ceiling is closed, a track line can be shielded, the running track of a train is hidden for a satellite, and use is safe; meanwhile, the shielding body can be opened according to the running position of the train, and normal use of the train is not affected.
本发明涉及一种可开合的轨道线路遮蔽顶棚结构及其施工方法,沿轨道线路设有可开合的遮蔽顶棚,遮蔽顶棚有电磁波屏蔽层,遮蔽顶棚包括沿轨道线路间隔布置的若干骨架、每相邻两个骨架间布置的双扇遮蔽体、用于控制双扇遮蔽体开合的棚开合控制机构。每扇遮蔽体均由若干条板拼接而成,条板的两端有滑行套,滑行套安装有侧移滚轮,滑行套行走在横梁的滑槽中;棚开合控制机构包括电机和两对钢丝绳绕筒,通过电机的正反转实现钢丝绳的收放,继而拉动滑行套移动,从而实现双扇遮蔽体的开合。本申请的遮蔽顶棚闭合时,可以遮蔽轨道线路,针对卫星隐藏列车的行驶轨迹,使用安全;同时又能根据列车行驶位置打开遮蔽体,不影响列车的正常使用。
