Comprising the steps that firstly, base layer defects are treated, before construction is carried out, impurities, protrusions and laitance of a concrete surface layer are carefully removed, old concrete is subjected to chiseling treatment, and cracks and holes are repaired and solved; secondly, the base is coated with neat cement paste by 20 mm, and leveling layer construction is completed; 3, the surface of the substrate is coated with the adhesive, and then the heat preservation plate is laid on the substrate; and 5, after the heat preservation plate is laid, anchoring treatment is conducted on the heat preservation plate by means of anchoring nails, the drilled holes penetrate into the position 5 cm away from the roof structure layer, the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material is filled, and after the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material slightly overflows, fixing treatment is conducted by means of the anchoring nails. 本发明公开了一种建筑复合防水保温墙板的施工方法,解决了在房屋建筑具有比较复杂的屋面结构和造型时,传统施工技术与防水保温材料就难以有效应用的技术问题。包括步骤一:处理基层缺陷,开展施工之前,要将混凝土面层的杂质、凸起、浮浆仔细清除掉,凿毛处理旧混凝土,对裂缝、孔隙进行修补和解决;步骤二:将素水泥浆涂刷于基底,涂刷20mm,完成找平层施工;步骤三:将黏贴剂涂于基底表面,再将保温板铺设在基底上;步骤五:铺设过保温板后,借助于锚固钉锚固处理保温板,钻孔深入到屋面结构层5cm处,对水泥基渗透结晶防水材料进行填充,稍微溢出之后,借助于锚钉进行固定处理。本发明施工质量得到提升,防水保温性能较为优良。
