The invention relates to the field of building construction, and particularly discloses a roof concrete construction process which comprises the following steps: S1, overlapping a steel reinforcement framework on the surface of a pitched roof, and uniformly spraying propolis fiber thorn balls after the steel reinforcement framework is pretreated; s2, pouring the concrete mixture on the surface of the steel reinforcement framework, curing, brushing a waterproof coating, and drying to form a waterproof layer on the surface of the concrete; the concrete mixing material comprises cement, fly ash, mineral powder, EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) modified broken stone, sand, a water reducing agent, coated activated carbon particles, filler fibers and water; the coated activated carbon particles are prepared by coating after activated carbon adsorbs absolute ethyl alcohol; the concrete poured on the pitched roof has a good pumping effect, the poured concrete has good bonding uniformity on the pitched roof, and meanwhile the concrete has high mechanical strength and a good waterproof effect.
