The invention discloses a loosening and fastening method for a polygonal integral internal mold. The loosening and fastening method comprises the following construction steps: S1, work preparation: preparing a plurality of templates, stand columns, brackets, telescopic devices, connecting devices and driving devices; s2, preliminary installation is conducted, specifically, a telescopic device and a connecting device are installed on the stand column, the telescopic device communicates with a driving device, then the driving end of the telescopic device is connected with the stand column, and then the connecting device and the stand column are connected with the adjacent formwork; s3, preliminary adjustment; s4, fastening is conducted, specifically, a driving device is started, a telescopic device drives the stand columns to move outwards, and the stand columns stretch out between the adjacent formworks; and S5, loosening is conducted, specifically, the driving device is started, the telescopic device drives the stand column to move inwards, and the stand column retracts from the adjacent formwork. By the adoption of the construction method, the method is suitable for installation of various polygonal frames, lifting of the formwork is greatly facilitated, the fastening and loosening functions are achieved, and the applicability is improved.
