The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the prefabricated beams and the prefabricated columns are hoisted to the proper positions and connected and installed through reinforcing steel bars; secondly, the prestressed tendons are subjected to strand penetrating treatment and pore channel blocking treatment; thirdly, a gap between the prefabricated beam and the prefabricated column is subjected to mold sealing treatment through a mold plate; through the arrangement and use of a mixing mechanism, a first mixing plate and a second mixing plate can coaxially and reversely rotate in a reciprocating manner, so that grouting ingredients and a water source can be quickly and fully stirred, and the stirring efficiency and stirring uniformity of the grouting materials are effectively improved; the mixing tank can be driven by the driving gear ring to intermittently rotate, so that grouting materials in the mixing tank and a water source can intermittently shake, and the stirring efficiency and stirring uniformity of the grouting materials are further improved.
