The invention relates to a laying device, in particular to a coiled material laying device which comprises a cart, a coiled material placing mechanism and a coiled material positioning mechanism, the coiled material placing mechanism is slidably mounted on the cart, the coiled material positioning mechanism is slidably mounted on the cart, and an offset adjusting mechanism is mounted on the cart; the device can be used for the coiled material without a coiling rod in the center, can adapt to coiled materials with different thicknesses, and can correct the coiled materials in time when slight deviation occurs in the laying process, so that the coiled material is prevented from being laid obliquely in a large area.
