The invention discloses a jig frame structure for truss assembly, which utilizes the weight of a rod piece of a pipe truss and other parts to press a bearing plate to turn a rotating disc, so that an upper-layer rod of the rotating disc pushes a push rod, and a pressing plate on the push rod locks the rod piece, thereby realizing firm and stable erection of the rod piece of the pipe truss. On the other hand, through lifting of the jacking piece and locking of the locking piece, elevation locking is achieved after the set height of the bearing plate of the bearing platform is adjusted, the erecting stability of the pipe truss is further improved, and the pipe truss splicing device is suitable for splicing of pipe trusses of various specifications. The problem that an existing jig frame of the triangular pipe truss is mainly of a fixed structure, and the height is inconvenient to adjust is solved.
本发明公开了一种用于桁架拼装的胎架结构,利用管桁架的杆件及其它部件的重量下压支承板以拨转转盘,使得转盘的上层杆推抵推杆,进而使得推杆上压板锁定杆件,实现了管桁架的杆件牢靠的、稳固的架设,进而提高了管桁架的拼接精度,另一方面,通过顶升件的抬升和锁定件的锁定,在调整承台的支承板的设置高度后实现锁定标高,进一步提高了管桁架的架设稳定,以及适用于多种规格的管桁架的拼接。本发明解决了现有的三角管桁架的胎架主要以固定结构为主,在高度上调节不便的问题。
