Structure and method for prolonging service life of reinforced concrete building
The invention discloses a structure and method for prolonging the service life of a reinforced concrete building, and belongs to the technical field of building maintenance. Durable films and durable micro-crack plug nail strips are formed on reinforced concrete through a special method, cracks are filled, air is isolated from the interior of the reinforced concrete, harmful gas and water in the air are prevented from corroding internal reinforcing steel bars, and the service life of the reinforced concrete building is prolonged. The surface of reinforced concrete is coated with an epoxy resin base solution, a water-soluble high-molecular compound and other base solutions, the base solutions enter cracks of the reinforced concrete under the action of pressure and are solidified to form micro-crack plug nail strips after the cracks are filled with the base solutions, and a thin protection layer is formed on the surface. The thin protection layer and the micro-crack plug nail strip are mutually tied to form a firm and closed permanent protection layer structure which does not fall off integrally, so that carbonization of reinforced concrete and corrosion of reinforcing steel bars are prevented, meanwhile, a small number of micro drill holes are manually formed in the surface of the reinforced concrete, and artificial micro-hole plug nails are formed after grout is pressed and injected. And an anchoring effect on the surface film is formed together with the micro-crack plug pin strip.
本发明公开了增加钢筋砼建筑寿命的结构及方法,属于建筑维护技术领域,通过在钢筋砼的通过专门的方法形成耐久膜和耐久微裂缝塞钉条,对裂缝进行填补,使空气与钢筋砼的内部隔绝,以免空气中的有害气体和水腐蚀内部的钢筋,将环氧树脂基液和水溶性高分子化合物等基液涂于钢筋砼的表面,在压力作用下基液进入钢筋砼的裂缝,充满裂缝后固化形成微裂缝塞钉条,在表面形成薄保护层,薄保护层和微裂缝塞钉条相互拉结形成整体不脱落的坚固密闭的永久保护层结构,从而阻止钢筋砼的碳化和钢筋的锈蚀,同时在钢筋砼的表面人工布置少量的微钻孔,压注浆液后形成人工微孔塞钉,与微裂缝塞钉条同时形成对表面膜的锚固作用。
