The post-cast strip supporting device comprises a supporting square pipe, a transverse pull rod, an embedded steel plate, a square pier, a top formwork and a formwork supporting frame. A formwork supporting frame and a plurality of supporting square pipes are built below the top formwork, and the distance between every two supporting square pipes is larger than 3 meters; the transverse pull rods are transversely arranged above and below the transverse center line of the supporting square pipe and are symmetrically arranged; pre-embedded steel plates are welded to the upper end and the lower end of each supporting square pipe, and the pre-embedded steel plates are square. According to the method, the post-cast strip independent supporting system of the supporting square pipe and the peripheral formwork supporting system are synchronously installed during primary structure construction, after the strength of post-cast strip beam slab concrete meets the standard requirement, a supporting square pipe frame body is reserved, and a peripheral formwork support is dismantled, so that the safety risk in a post-cast strip supporting structure can be greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
