The invention provides a cable terminal tower platform isolation device which comprises a first semicircular pipe, a second semicircular pipe, an upper supporting rod, a lower supporting rod, a warning board, a first annular lock catch and a second annular lock catch. Top covers are arranged at the top ends of the first semicircular pipe and the second semicircular pipe, and bottom covers are arranged at the bottom ends; the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod are telescopic rods; a first rolling rod is arranged in the first semicircular pipe, and a second rolling rod is arranged in the second semicircular pipe; the two sides of the warning board are connected with the first rolling rod and the second rolling rod correspondingly. The first semicircular pipe is provided with a first concave slideway, and the second semicircular pipe is provided with a second concave slideway; first grooves are formed in the inner bottom of the first concave slide way and the inner bottom of the second concave slide way; the first annular lock catch and the second annular lock catch are provided with first protruding rails matched with the first grooves. The device can be used for safe isolation of a cable terminal tower platform between a live-line side and a power-off side, can be condensed into a cylinder, and is compact in appearance, small in size, convenient to carry and store and convenient to operate and use.
