Buckling grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the buckling hoops, of the side walls of the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate, first annular grooves matched with the buckling hoops are formed in the ends, inserted into the buckling grooves, of the buckling hoops and correspond to the surrounding rods, second annular grooves matched with the buckling hoops are formed in the inner walls of the buckling grooves and correspond to the surrounding rods, and the first annular grooves and the second annular grooves which are adjacent communicate with each other. When the fence rods are damaged and shorn short, the tension springs can pull the corresponding first top hoops and second top hoops to drive the shorn fence rods to be combined, so that the fence can be automatically pre-repaired for use, and the problem that the fence cannot be effectively protected after being damaged can be effectively solved.
