The invention provides an intelligent secrecy management multipurpose integrated cabinet which comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door. The interior of the cabinet body is divided into different functional areas through partition plates, and an in-place cabinet, a common file cabinet and a collection cabinet are formed. A middle interlayer is designed in the cabinet body and used for installing and fixing the control unit and wiring. The control unit comprises a main control box, an in-place control box and a power box. The cabinet doors are provided with information interaction assemblies, and each cabinet door is provided with an electronic lock. And each in-place cabinet is internally provided with an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) antenna. The in-place control box is responsible for managing secret-related carriers stored in the in-place cabinet in place, automatically checking the secret-related carriers in the cabinet in real time, monitoring the state of the secret-related carriers, recording access records of the secret-related carriers and transmitting a result to the main control box; and the main control box receives various instructions and information input by an operator through the information interaction assembly, controls the opening of the cabinet doors of the functional cabinets, receives data transmitted by the in-place control box, and performs data transmission with the upper computer. The method has the advantages of high safety and high management efficiency.
