The aluminum-wood composite door and window comprises a window frame and a window sash, the window frame comprises a frame body and a first clamping block fixed to the frame body, a first clamping groove is formed in the end, away from the first clamping block, of the frame body, and the window sash comprises a sash body and a second clamping block fixed to the sash body. A second clamping groove is formed in the end, away from the second clamping block, of the fan body, the first clamping block is used for clamping the second clamping groove, and the second clamping block is used for clamping the first clamping groove; the heat preservation structure is arranged on the fan body in a clamped mode, and a heat preservation plate is arranged in the heat preservation structure. The aluminum-wood composite door and window solves the problem that a traditional aluminum-wood composite door and window is poor in heat preservation effect, and has the advantages of being compact in structure, low in production cost and good in heat preservation effect.
