The invention discloses a hand-operated liftable indoor construction escalator which comprises a liftable device, a fixed pedal mounted at the bottom of the liftable device, a support frame mounted at the bottom of the fixed pedal, a fixed rod mounted on the support frame, fixed bolts mounted on the support frame and the fixed rod, and an up-down escalator mounted on the fixed pedal. The lifting device comprises a first-stage pedal on the uppermost layer, a second-stage pedal below the first-stage pedal, a third-stage pedal below the second-stage pedal, a fixed vertical plate connected with the third-stage pedal, a threaded lifting shaft with the two sides longitudinally penetrating through the three pedals, and a hand-operated lifting adjuster installed on the left side of the first-stage pedal. The height of the pedal in the lifting device can be adjusted at any time according to needs through the hand-operated lifting adjuster, and a constructor can adjust the height of the construction escalator according to needs without going up and down. The liftable escalator disclosed by the invention is suitable for various environments, especially in an area with a narrow construction space, the defect that the height of a common escalator cannot be adjusted can be overcome, and the defect that an escalator with the height adjusted by adjusting the opening and closing angle of the supporting frame cannot be used due to insufficient space can also be overcome.
