The invention provides an offshore wind power fixed type foundation with an energy storage function. The offshore wind power fixed type foundation comprises a novel suction barrel foundation and an air storage tank. The novel suction barrel foundation comprises an inner barrel, an outer barrel and a tank holding wall. The inner barrel is of a barrel-shaped structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, and three cabins are arranged in the inner barrel; the outer cylinder is of a double-layer cylindrical structure; the outer cylinder sleeves the outer side of the upper part of the inner cylinder, and a packaging plane is arranged at the top of the outer cylinder; the gas storage tank is hollow and is used for mounting a fan and storing compressed gas; a central gas pipeline is arranged in the center of the top of the gas storage tank; the bottom of the gas storage tank is fixedly mounted in the gas storage tank mounting space; four air storage tank water through holes are formed in the bottom of the air storage tank; and the tank holding wall is provided with tank holding wall water passing ports which are in one-to-one correspondence with the gas storage tank water passing ports and are communicated with the gas storage tank water passing ports. According to the technical scheme, the problems that at present, offshore wind power distribution and storage cost is high, environmental protection is not achieved, and on-site consumption cannot be achieved are solved.
