The invention discloses a method for installing and positioning a prefabricated structure incapable of intervisibility, which comprises the following steps of: 1, before installation, finding at least three visual points D1, D2 and D3 for a hidden point P in a prefabricated structure finished product in a backfield, and respectively acquiring the spatial distances L (D1-P), L (D2-P), L (D3-P) and L (D4-P) between the visual points and the hidden point; and 2, in the field structure installation and positioning process, observing the visual points D1, D2 and D3 to obtain three-dimensional coordinates, and calculating to obtain real-time three-dimensional coordinates (Xp, Yp and Zp) in the hidden point installation process according to the spatial distance between the visual points collected in the backfield and the hidden point. According to the invention, the real-time three-dimensional coordinate of the hidden point can be accurately obtained under the condition that measurement cannot be carried out.
