The invention discloses a production method of a magnetic fixer, which comprises the following steps: producing a protective component which is of an annular structure with a convex cross section, the annular structure comprises a lower annular body and an upper annular body and is provided with an annular bottom surface and three annular top surfaces, the three annular top surfaces are an annular inner step surface, an annular outer step surface and an annular middle convex surface, and the annular middle convex surface is provided with a convex surface; the annular middle convex surface is an adsorption surface; the distance between the annular bottom surface and the annular middle convex surface is kept between 1 mm and 5 mm; and adhesive liquid is filled, the position between the protection component and the inner ring wall and the position between the protection component and the outer ring wall are filled with the adhesive liquid, an adhesive layer is formed after the adhesive liquid is cured, and therefore the adhesive layer is in compression joint with the inner step face and the annular outer step face. The product produced by the production method can effectively reduce the requirement on high temperature resistance of the magnetic component, and can realize repeated machining of the adsorption surface.
本发明公开了一种磁性固定器的生产方法,包括如下步骤:生产保护部件,其为横截面呈“凸”形的环状结构,环状结构包括下环状体和上环状体,并具备环状底面及三个环状顶面,该三个环状顶面为环状内台阶面、环状外台阶面、环状中凸面,该环状中凸面构为吸附面;将环状底面至环状中凸面之间的距离保持在1—5mm之间;填充粘合胶液,于保护部件与内圈壁之间、保护部件与外圈壁之间填充粘合胶液,在粘合胶液固化后形成胶层,由此胶层形成对内台阶面、环状外台阶面的压接。该生产方法生产出的产品能有效降低对磁性部件的耐高温性能要求,能实现反复多次对吸附面的机加工。
