Stainless steel composite plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a stainless steel composite plate and a preparation method thereof. The composite layer of the composite board is flush with three side edges of the base layer, and the other side edge of the composite layer is a bevel edge and located in the middle of the upper surface of the base layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing two carbon steel base materials with the X-direction size L1 and the Y-direction size W1; a stainless steel composite material A and a stainless steel composite material B are prepared, the sizes of the stainless steel composite material A and the stainless steel composite material B in the X direction are L2, the sizes of the stainless steel composite material A and the stainless steel composite material B in the Y direction are W21 and W22 respectively, the thicknesses of the stainless steel composite material A and the stainless steel composite material B are T2, one side edge in the Y direction is a bevel edge with the width V, and W1 = W21 + W22-V + 90-150 mm; the small surfaces and the bevel edges of the two composite materials are coated with an isolating agent; the base material, the composite material A, the composite material B and the base material are assembled in sequence, and the sealing strip surrounds the middle layer and is welded to the base material; and vacuumizing, sealing, heating, rolling, cooling, splitting and straightening to obtain the stainless steel composite plate. Therefore, the problem of dissimilar welding is solved, the firmness is high, the cost is low during use, and the efficiency is high.
本发明揭示了一种不锈钢复合板及其制备方法。复合板的复层与基层的三侧边齐平,复层另一侧边为斜边且位于基层的上表面中部。制备方法包括:准备X方向尺寸L1、Y方向尺寸W1的两块碳钢基材;准备不锈钢复材A和复材B,二者X方向尺寸均为L2、Y方向尺寸分别为W21和W22、厚度均为T2、Y方向的一侧边均为宽度V的斜边,W1=W21+W22-V+90~150mm;在两复材的较小表面以及斜边涂覆隔离剂;按照基材、复材A+复材B、基材的顺序组坯,且封条包围中间层且与基材焊接一起;而后经过抽真空、封口、加热、轧制、冷却、分板和矫直,得到不锈钢复合板。如此,解决了异种焊接问题,牢固度强、使用时成本低且效率高。
