The preparation method of the modified rubber aggregate comprises the following steps: S1, crushing waste rubber into rubber particles, soaking the rubber particles in emulsified asphalt, fishing out, and draining to obtain wet rubber-asphalt particles; s2, bagasse ash, an alkali activator and water are mixed to form mixed slurry, then the rubber-asphalt particles obtained in the step S1 are mixed with the mixed slurry, and the modified rubber aggregate is obtained after maintenance is conducted for 1-3 days. The modified rubber aggregate obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is easily subjected to secondary reaction with a cementing material in an alkaline environment to form a geopolymer monomer, so that the interface bonding strength between the modified rubber aggregate and the cementing material is enhanced.
本发明公开一种改性橡胶集料的制备方法、及道路水泥混凝土,属于建筑材料技术领域;改性橡胶集料的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1.将废弃橡胶破碎成橡胶颗粒,然后将橡胶颗粒浸泡于乳化沥青中,捞出后沥干,得到润湿状的橡胶‑沥青颗粒;S2.将甘蔗渣灰、碱激发剂和水进行混合形成混合浆体,然后将步骤S1得到的橡胶‑沥青颗粒与混合浆体进行拌合,养护1~3d后即得到所述改性橡胶集料。本发明制备方法得到的改性橡胶集料在碱性环境下易与胶凝材料发生二次反应形成地聚物单体,以增强改性橡胶集料与胶凝材料之间的界面粘结强度。
