According to the invention, based on the hydration mechanism and characteristics of UHPC, mineral admixture raw materials are reasonably selected, and the UHPC which can achieve excellent early-stage mechanical properties without a special maintenance process is prepared, the shrinkage effect generated in the setting and hardening process of the UHPC is compensated, the later-stage hydration degree of a UHPC cementing material system is improved, the density degree of a UHPC matrix is enhanced, and the UHPC cementing material can be used as a high-performance concrete admixture.
