Impermeable corrosion-resistant composite material for concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-permeation corrosion-resistant composite material for concrete and a preparation method of the anti-permeation corrosion-resistant composite material, and relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The anti-permeation corrosion-resistant composite material for the concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 5 to 6 parts of bone glue powder, 22 to 24 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 to 2 parts of magnesium carbonate, 12 to 16 parts of white carbon black, 0.2 to 0.3 part of polypropylene fiber, 4 to 6 parts of impregnant, 2 to 3 parts of waterproof agent, 6 to 7 parts of air entraining agent and 3 to 4 parts of water reducing agent. The impregnating agent is one or more of n-octyl triethoxy silane and isobutyl triethoxy silane, and the curing agent is one or more of 2-ethylhexyl triethoxy silane and isobutyl triethoxy silane; the waterproof agent is one or more of sodium methylsilanolate, polyethyl hydroxyl siloxane and a water-soluble resin emulsion; the air entraining agent is one or more of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fly ash. The anti-permeation and corrosion-resistant composite material for the concrete, provided by the invention, can be mixed and used in the concrete, so that the anti-permeation performance and the corrosion resistance of the concrete can be remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土用抗渗透耐腐蚀复合材料及其制备方法,涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域,所述的混凝土用抗渗透耐腐蚀复合材料包括如下重量份数的原料组分:骨胶粉5‑6份、碳酸钙22‑24份、碳酸镁1‑2份、白炭黑12‑16份、聚丙烯纤维0.2‑0.3份、浸渍剂4‑6份、防水剂2‑3份、引气剂6‑7份、减水剂3‑4份;所述的浸渍剂为正辛基三乙氧基硅烷、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;所述的防水剂为甲基硅醇钠、聚乙基羟基硅氧烷、水溶性树脂乳液中的一种或多种;所述的引气剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、粉煤灰中的一种或多种。本发明提供的混凝土用抗渗透耐腐蚀复合材料在混凝土中掺混使用,可以显著提升混凝土的抗渗透性能,耐腐蚀性能。
