The invention discloses environment-friendly low-temperature-resistant anti-cracking concrete which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 550-620 parts of cement; 55 to 90 parts of exoskeleton powder of crustacean animals; 45 to 80 parts of silica fume; 615 to 650 parts of coarse aggregate; 400 to 435 parts of recycled medium aggregate; 200 to 235 parts of recycled fine aggregate; 10 to 45 parts of mixed glass fiber; 12-19 parts of a water reducing agent; 210 to 245 parts of water; the grain size of the coarse aggregate is 5-15mm continuous grading; the recycled medium aggregate is obtained by crushing waste concrete or waste bricks, and the particle size is 1-4 mm; the recycled fine aggregate is obtained by crushing waste concrete or waste bricks, and the particle size of the recycled fine aggregate is 0.3-0.9 mm; the mixed glass fibers are obtained by mixing glass fibers with the lengths of 2-4 mm, 6-8 mm and 13-17 mm according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5).
